        Out of topic, Aren't these just usable in Halloween due to expiring when entering the game?

        These suckers are pretty rare though.

          They dropped during halloween, but can be used any time (trading into a game that's already running).


          They may drop again this year, or a 2014 version could be made.

          Actually, people buy them to get glitched painted pyro items. The glitch still works, its just these things are damn rare. And theres only 1 painted crispy golden locks and hollowhead and no scorched skirt. :o Anyways, upvote.
