It's a downvote from me. I think the classifieds are enough proof that 1.33 is the most common trading point, but Outpost only confirms that. While there may be 1 guy who can't sell at 1 ref after a week, there are 16 pages on Outpost, and this isn't enough proof to lower the price, even if you are leaving 1.33 in the range.

Haven't been seeing any sellers for <1.33 ref besides what you provided. Plenty attempting to sell for 1.33-1.66 ref. Occasionally, some sellers sell for a slightly cheaper price in order to get buyers/trade offers faster. These sellers can also drop the price because the other sellers will try to match the price. This price suggestion is going to have to wait for a little longer.
