Trade was last time bumped 3 days ago and BO is in middle of current range, maybe it is better to wait for one more sale...

Current range is old. Even without the seller it would be 1.1.

1 week is not long time for selling unusual, one more sale would be good to confirm suggested range.

It already has a price(albeit) so two sales aren't needed if that's what you're implying.

Dude took 3th gen underpay -> kinda desperate to sell, i would rather include one more sale in order to provide more accurate range.

Now you're just going with biased "hurr third gen = insta shit" opinions. And as we all know opinions aren't valid as proof. If you can find me a sale that I couldn't find I'll gladly extend the range.

Otherwise, this is the only recent sale and should be acknowledged as that(hell it's right in the unusual's past low range so what are you complaining about)

He provided the proof that is necessary for the suggestion since it is the only usable sale. If you have any counter-proof then by all means share it with him or make your own counter, but don't complain about it just because you think it should be higher
