I think the guy who made that trade just had no idea what it was worth. Who would pay 1 key for a chain around your wrist? 1 key hats are the noticeable ones, the nice looking ones.

Well it was either 1 key or buy off the guy who is selling for 10 keys. Its all about the rarity

quite a few of the other rare (couple-few hundred in existence or so) Halloween items are getting priced at a key, seems to be becoming a standard

yeah sure someone will buy it just for 1 key...
