Your proof is kind of countering your suggestion. You provided solds at 1.66 ref whereas you are trying to remove it from the range. Also, the majority of those trades at 1.66 sold within a day or less. These links to be specific:

Well I priced the range at 1.33 because majority of the newer solds are 1.33. The 1.66 solds are slightly older, but trends (and majority) show that the item is now primarily being sold for 1.33, even less.
