many are selling for this much without many offers

lets face it its a robo hat with a 3rd gen effect not too much interest

some people try and get the 17 but are failing

you may say 14 is a quicksell but thats not true because this hat isnt getting offers of 14 andmultiple people including myself are selling at that price with no offers worth mentioning.

11 keys and a couple of ref is not 13-14 keys, unless a couple of ref = ~17 ref

The last two have questionably empty backpacks; could've sold for PayPal or traded to an alt or with either CS:GO/DoTA 2 keys, of which I think you need to find out how much they sold it for, then convert to TF2 keys

Only one that we can confirm is sold is yours, and I think you need at least 3 solds for the suggestion to pass.
