I know this proof is a little on the weak side. However I feel justified in saying that like 30% of OP trades are selling at or below low-end bp.tf, and that doesn’t qualify those at quick sells? Although this item isn’t really that rare (ok, not rare at all), there are only 2 pages of trades selling it.

I used 8.33 as the key price, although you can buy keys for 8ref I think.
