Had about 20 offers within an hour after the patch upgraded Mining Light to a misc. Ended up selling it for 7 buds (119 keys, to be exact) to one of the first guys who offered. I had many trade offers for 5 buds and 6 buds.

I don't know if the hat is worth less and I got a highball offer, or if it's worth more and people don't realize how high it will go, but I factually sold one for 7 buds pure within a few hours of the update. With huge demand for it at 6 buds.

If you had an offer of 7 as soon as the update came out, chances are it was a quicksell and you can do better. Let's wait to see a few more sales from other mining lights.

You cannot update this yet, this is a fresh hype update. It is the hype price, not the Market price.

You keep saying that, and every time I internally disagree... once you pick up the few, quirks, it's SO much easier than unique suggestions :P

Probably too soon to price this, and 7 seems like a quicksell imo.

7 sounds about the range it should be at this point with the hype maybe 8-9 but with the way the community hypes shit the pencil pusher went from 3 for the burning to like 30

The Pencil Pusher is a lot rarer though. I imagine competition ill drive down the price of Mining Lights quite a bit.

Also there's the whole thing where the Pencil Pusher doesn't actually clip with most hats unlike the Mining Light, but I suppose that is an opinion thing.
