where does the range come from?

I think he's keeping it from last suggestion which is called 'bumping conservatively', but yeah that's not how it works in unusuals

I don't think this needs a range.

Put it at 4 buds, a range isn't necessary. It hasn't gone back up on the market and the last one was bought from a scammer, so only 4 buds can be used as the price :)
