January 25, 2013 [Item schema update]
The Mining Light was removed from the item drop system and Mann Co. Store, and can no longer be uncrated with Unusual quality or crafted. Crates with the possibility to get the hat are unboxed in normal quality. [1]
The fact it can't drop doesn't matter in the slightest. You still don't have proof. If no one pays 9 buds for it, it's not worth 9 buds.
As I said, I apologize for missunderstanding the rules, I'm not too good at english, nor have I ever done these suggestions before.
I'm going to blame my quick and thoughtless raction on the fact that I ended up selling a hat that turned into a misc for way less than what it went up to due to backpack.tf beign unupdated. (I know this is mostly my own fault, but I still feel kinda bad knowing that it is likely to happen to other people as well)
So you do have a sale, yours?
Why not link it? It's valid proof as far as I know.
Take down this suggestion. It's not going to pass stop apologizing and close this shit.
