Miami noir is no where near 4.3, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22502265 (asking 3.5) Youd need a mini. You also have no proof for the

high end

Edit: Youd need overpay as its outdated and there is also another seller for 3 which would be 2.7 after overpay.

I would say 1.8 - 2.3 is a better price, you cant increase a price based on a b/o, and even if the mn noir is 4.3 as you claim, it would be an outlier given the other sales
