If I remember correctly, killstreaks don't count towards price suggestions, neither do parts.
The range still seem reasonable, downvote for now.
When people sell at lower price even when it has killstreak/parts and are not successful, it only shows that it needs bump down. This is fine.

Okay, there is more sellers under 15 keys.
Does that mean it's fine to leave the price as it is? No, it needs a change. Look at outpost and you will see that there are more under 15 keys.
We don't accept Killstreak and Parts here.
