Why aren't 17 and 17.5 in the range? They're pretty close in value and plus they're 2 sales compared to the only 1 sale of 19.

Not totally sure if the dragonborn value is still accurate given 3 on the market, but given dupes are selling for 17-17.5, I think this sounds fair
