I mean the Yellow Belt's counter part (Soldered Sensie) became a misc at the same time as the Yellow Belt did. I don't know why Data Mining Light was made misc along with the normal Mining Light. Just thought I would invest as it's 1 of 1 basically :P

It affects the helmet part too, that's why some people say it wont

This hat has a robo engi helmet with the mining light on it, so it is a 100% a hat, there is no way to remove it and if you equip another hat with it it will stay with the robo helmet

I'd argue that they're invalid because 'OMG MISC HYPE' of a hat which has literally a 0% chance of becoming a misc.

Pre-Mining Light Update. There is a definitely a different aroma to the misc hype since the Mining Light became a misc.

THE ENTIRE THING IS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT HAT.

The mining light is just the strap and the light over the stock engineer hat, the data mining light is a completely different hat all together.
