There is only one of these in existence and it was gifted by the unboxer so all trades of this hat have been for a gifted one. There is no guarantee that a new one will be unboxed next Halloween and if one is then the price should be updated accordingly. There has been one trade in the past month.

I would disagree on pricing this based on gifted sales. Yes, its the only one, but you never know if another one night pop up. If it does, it will be unfairly priced just because the only proof was gifted.
I was a bit unsure of this as well but despite the gifting it sold for around the price of the energies which is pretty typical from what I've seen of the other bat effects. If you really don't think it should be priced like this then I'll close this.

Retired? Where did you here that from? I'm pretty sure quite a few have been unboxed recently.
Wait til after halloween. If a new one hasn't been unboxed, then I think this is fine. I don't want to influence the market in case one does get unboxed, especially if it's by a new trader who will base his selling price on this.
