You need much more proof,such an solds,unsolds,buyers,sellers.

You basically counter-proofed yourself here, showing that 4.00 ref sales too quickly.

You need to show unsolds at 4.33 ref to show that it is not possible to sell at 4.33 ref. At the moment, it seems like the current price is fine.

Like I said, current price is fine. 4.00 ref sales too fast too quick.

It's not that hard to sell for 4.33, i sold 2 for 4.33 easy. this isnt enough proof either :/

If you want to remove 4.33 out of the range, you'll need to show some unsolds at 4.33, as well as >24 hour trades selling at 4 ref.

Solds at 4 ref don't really count as solid proof, because they might be quicksells which is likely the case in most of your links provided.

As a first attempt, it's a good try. Staying neutral for now. You'll become better at it eventually :)
