I was on a trade server and someone asked whether a seller wanted 12 ref, 12 keys, or 12 buds. Some kid opened his mouth and started talking about how the cheapest unusual is 9 1/2 keys. We got into a discussion and at one point I said, "A duped gifted Bubbling Couppe D'isastor isn't worth 9 1/2 keys." His response was rather amusing, he tried to tell me that duped + gifted makes it a collectors item and he knows because he saw a trade on outpost that said that.
