Selling:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22671563 1.8 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22324404 1.4 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20131439 2 buds (Top kek)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22107086 ~1.55 buds (unsure about what she wants)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22295840 29 keys ~1.7 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22512355 1.3 buds-ish (week of inactivity)
So there have been two main offers on the hats; 1.7 buds and 1.5 buds worth of unusuals.
1.7 * 0.9 = 1.53 buds
1.5 * 0.9 = 1.35 buds
Both are above your range.
1/ Aces High Hot Dogger is outdated, properly worth less than current price on Outpost so why do you even bother using it?
2/ Smoking Connoisseur's Cap (1.5*0.9 = 1.3 buds), very close to my suggested range.
So no problem with the suggestion.
"Very close" It's still higher than your suggested range, mind you. You can't go to an exchange office and say "I want two dollars for my euro" and then expect them to do it because it's pretty close to the exchange rate of 1.6 .
If you meant to say 'probably' instead of 'properly', this site isn't about opinions. If you did mean 'properly',
Not to mention, why are you using trades that have completed a month ago ? Values change, and not just in pure numbers. An item that is worth 5 keys or X different items could easily change to 7 keys but less of X items due to having multiple currencies in TF2.
0.1 ain't affect much. Unlike dollars and euro, this thing isn't traded as often as those. There is a reason why currency pricing is different from Unusual pricing.
At Unusual trading, unlike normal items, Backpack doesn't reflect the most commonly trading but more like reflect the previous sales in the past.
Again, selling =/= sold. What is the point of showing someone selling for a price that no one even pays for then use it as a main price?
And to Unusual pricing, 1 month-old sale is still usable.
During that month, none of the Unusuals I use to price this has a change in price so I don't see your point here.
Before you ask any more questions, please read the pricing guide here: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-new-unusual-price-suggestion-guide-the-cheat-sheet/
Not going to take this further until you understand how Unusual pricing works.
