You also need proof 4 keys doesn't sell so we know it doesn't need to be a range.

Agreed. The only 4 keys unsold that isn't professional killstreak that I can see is only one day old, however.

Sorry, was at school.

Even if this is the only seller on outpost for a non-killstreak collectors chargin targe, and the item itself is fairly rare, it would be nice to have at least one more seller, or a sale, as a comparison. Neutral for now.

I couldn't even sell this for 3 keys and a TOTD when I had it. I think this is about right.
