Counting 11.5 as the outlier due to the fact that it got offered 25 Collecting, 9 + a C9 Reggaelator(5.5)(14.5 Total) and ~23 in unusuals. Also because it was offered on the Headsplitter

Has various comments of his price being too low, and eventually sold for a duped moon fedora(which is also outdated) and unknown sweets, although an unuseable sale it can be deemed more than 11.5.

but the sale is closer to 11.5 than 28.5 by some distance and the buyout was at 15 for some time, it was not a quicksell. and that guy who said it was too cheap and could afford it still didn't buy it, also he's obnoxious as hell and loves to tell people how to price their items.

This seems extraordinarily high. Think about it this way. If this was worth 30 buds (in pure - that's what our prices are supposed to reflect) and someone put it on the market for 15, how fast do you think it would sell? Duped scorching and burning veils ~30 each have sold instantly for 18-22 in pure in the past. Here you have a 15 buds seller that was on the market for a full month and finally sold for 11ish?

I'd call the two sales discrepant here. I think it would be best to wait for a third sale.
