Edit: Bought it. Collection complete. 3 keys is def. a quicksell. 4 keys might erupt some imbalance since sellers are mostly selling around 4-4.5 with paints, though it's the only proof we got.

I've seen buyers, trying to buy DCP for 3 keys and no luck... And as mentioned in rules or guide.. If there are buyers for current price it may need to be a bit higher..

I actually tried to buy the first link for 3 keys, so messaged him and he told me to send a trade offer. Later when I checked steam he'd said it'd sold, and apparently he had 7 trade offers waiting. He'd also said it'd sold on his OP trade, so taking the time he posted that from the time the trade was up, 7 buyers within 15 hours is pretty much proof that this is a quicksell at 3 keys.
