Hopefully the first price lid (I'm surprised that no one has tried pricing another one)!

First, there are two recent B\O's at 14. Therefore the low end is 14.

Conclusion:

Sales: ~18 (Outlier), ~15, ~7 (outlier)

So, 3 sales. 2 of them are outliers because off two recen't B\O's at 14 and 7 is just way too low.

I really don't know what you are talking about.

Either you're saying that the B\O's in my suggestion are the high end. That's not true. I have a sale at 15 which represents the high end and 2 recent buyouts at 14 which represents the low end.

If you mean that the B\O is supposed to be the high end, please explain further because I see no logic in that at all.

Well, let me give you an example when this works.

A hat sold for 3 buds after overpay in unusuals.

His B\O was 2.5.

The sale counts as 2.5

Now let's me give an example when it doesn't work, like in this suggestion.

A guy has a B\O on 2.5.

Another sale happens at 3.

That sale is still legit because the guy with B\O off 2.5 was another owner.

The buyouts on other trades do not limit the value of the actual sold ones. They can be used to set the low end for the hat though which is what he's doing.

That's a better way to explain it.

If a B\O would change the whole value off an item, then a quicksell would break the whole market for that item.

It seems reasonable that the value on this was ~18 two months ago while it was still fresh and maybe 15 a month ago. But it seems it isn't worth this much now.

The C9 law probably needs an update. Sales on that seem to be in the 13-14 range now as well after overpay.
