AF Luch sold for 10 pure on 9/19/2014
I have owned this item for some time, have had it on TF2 OutPost since Aug 23 2014.
Got a pure offer of 8 and I wanted more, so we settled on 10 pure (8 buds plus 34 keys).

A single sale won't do it unless it's in a collectors backpack for a certain period of time (as far as I remember anyway).
this is not a summer / new effect and none is on market

There is no cooldown, but he should wait to price if the buyer decides to try and resell it
he seems like he has a lot of hats he keeps. ex: the larrikin, noir, bonk, etc.
Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
You are right, now we have to decide if he is a collector or not. :P
Well I can say this, we all know ra and af are often gauged by burn and scorching. By no means am I saying they are equal, they are not, but they usually sit just under that price spectrum in a lot of cases. We all can agree in almost every case burn and scorching are > than ra and af. So if a scorching luch = 10.1 buds, paying 10 pure for a af luch is premium. The bottom line is the af and ra luch's are rare, and in all reality he paid top dollar.
I'd say it won't sell anytime soon.. The guy has kept numerous hats since last christmas
OP histories haven't updated, odd. Anyway, if the buyer puts that lucha up on OP I'm pretty sure we have to wait until it sells or is unsold for a month.
