Don't worry, when I first started suggesting I thought the same.
Just for clarification, I don't plan on reselling it until the Burning is unboxed, so, I'll be keeping it until it is. I believe only one sale is fine if it isn't going for resale.
If you have no intention in reselling then this is fine.
Otherwise you'll probably need 2 sales.
