I didnt mean it like that.. i meant only clean sale in a while, it also happen to be pure as well which is even better :)
25.6 should be rounded to 25.5 or 26.
even if he rounds it,there are like 10more+ on market,it means there are allot more sales
That's actually very true. But a lot of them are duped, I'll look into some clean ones myself and see what I can find.

According to the rules : "For hats 15-50 buds, rounding to the nearest 1 buds is reasonable"
So 26 is better.
But as other guys said, you'll need to find the other sales which happened in the last month
In the last month, im pretty sure its only dupe sales..
From what I counted, 385 keys were involved in the trade, which is around 22.6 if bud is counted as 17.
Maybe you should provide the backpack of the trader, before and after the trade.
it was 350 keys ~ 20.58 buds plus 5 pure buds
Maybe if you look closer at the last screenshot it clearly shows 5 buds and it involved 350 keys not 385 keys, also the history of pure would a little bit messed up since as soon as I got keys I bought three buds for 16 keys each from Alterr. I also had tonnes of keys and buds from my Burning Kabuto sale, the number of keys in the history would be messed up because I bought those buds just after the Modest sale, hence my keys in total decreased instead of increasing but on the other hand total number of buds increased, this was the reason I suggested Diplex not to use inventory history as it won't show true numbers, and that was the reason I took all the screenshots for him.
As for clean sales; only two had been there in market (including mine) in the span of me owning this particular unusual, one was with Master M (who regularly opens and closes his trade) who I don't think plans to sell his hat as he has declined more than enough offers on his (and has owned his for approximately 1 year now). HuSky put his Scorching Modest (clean) on market but looking at offers on mine and Master's he supposedly closed his trade as it's always good to be 1 of 1 in in the market in terms of cleanliness area (it's a made up assumption from my side). I have been tracking Scorching Modests from a long time and I haven't seen any clean sale in last 1-2 months (counting out if there had been any sales outside OP or any private ones). The last CLEAN one I remember was quick-sold by Derelgamer like couple of months ago which doesn't count in this suggestion.
There have been several clean sales in the last two months. This will need a range.
