Trade 1:

Might have something to do with the level of the Fuka, which is level 99, but that's unlikely as he is reselling it.

Whoopee Cap is currently worth 1 bud, but the price is outdated. It might still be useful though, so here it is: 17*0.9=15.

Trade 2:

Sold for a bud, the previous owner added 4 keys (so 13 keys), the previous owner said it himself on his trade.

The Copper is roughly 18 keys, but it has a 3rd gen effect, so that might have had influence on it. 18*0.9=16.

From Rey Mysterio's old suggestion there were two other sales that were correct, 2nd one didn't happen:

1) 1:1 on Unusual German Gonzila smoking (13 keys after overpay)

So that's all the proof I found.

So it's been sold for:

15 (outdated), 13, 16, 13 and 14.

The 15 key trade is outdated, but as there is another trade with 16 keys, I think 13-16 is a good close range for this unusual.

You are right, I indeed didn't check if the Fuka was offered on the other unusual or vice versa. I still think the range isn't bad, as there HAS been a trade for 13, without it being a quicksell.

Let me make this clear: these people buying quicksells are discounting from the CURRENT price, not from this suggestion. If the price of the Fuka changes to 13-16 they'll simply lower THEIR prices. Of course, the last person declines 13 pure, as the current price is still at 0.9-1 buds. He/she thinks it will fetch more. The history of the items, however, show 13-16 is a better price than 0.9-1 buds.

I agree the 13 should be nowhere close to range a quicksell is like saying the want it cheap not to be paying the value. These same people would just be asking for 7 or 8 if u lowered it.

If that's what you think, fine. Fact is that it's been sold for 13 pure without it being a quicksell. I'm not continuing this discussion as both our opinions about it are reasonable. Dislike if you want to or ressugest it, but I still think this version is fine the way it is.
