Anger Price is outdated, but there are no recent USABLE (one was involved with a whole bunch of other unusuals for a Golden Pan) sales. This ( http://backpack.tf/vote/id/54153ccdba8d88dc248b463e ) passed without updating the Anger so I suppose there is a chance I don't need to either since it's impossible. Please correct me if I'm wrong.


So, without further ado...21 times .9=18.9 plus 4.5=23.4, rounding to 23.5. The guy selling the Pencil Pusher's buyout was 25 pure and above in hats, so this is a conservative raise.
