There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value. However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item. Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.

I agree with other posters--please provide more evidence of unsolds at 1.66 and more sales at 1.33.

Craft hats should not take a long time to sell, but when there is so few available for your low end it is a red flag.

Since you are removing the 1.66 refined price, you need to provide evidence of unsolds at that price.

Furthermore, you do not need solds to lower a price, only selling links are required.

For now, I will stay neutral, but if you can provide unsold links at 1.66 ref, you'll receive my upvote.

So low end is really weak (a badly bumped trade) and 1.66 that you're removing from the range has been proved to sell fairly well.
