In conclusion, the sales of this hat (excluding outliers) have ranged from 7-8.5.

Many offers have also been declined at ~8.5.

However, as most b/o's are 8 buds, the suggestion cannot exceed 8 buds.

Hence, I have rounded this suggestion to 7-8 buds.
