Honestly, the past suggestions for this item were kinda messed up.

First and hopefully last time I make a suggestion so please bear with me if I mess up something trivial.

First of all, few FoWs that were being sold for 0.11 or less at the time of the first 1.33 suggestion.

And that's pretty much all, not much but way more proof than the past suggestions.

Simply put this item is not rare, there are more than 15k copies of uncraftable fan o' war, the problem is that there is a very low demand and quite often people don't even bother to make a trade to sell it @0.11, that's why it might be hard to find them.

Of course after the first raise a bunch of them hit the market but afaik none of them went for 1.33, and recently only one sold for 1.00, as you can see in the past suggestion.
