A bp.tf price that is 1 bud higher than a autobumped one's B/O after a week probably needs a drop even without sales...

i think you do with unusuals, not sure how it works for collector's stuff.

You can't lower a unusual with no solds , if it's a rare 1 like burning KE or something else you only need 1 sold.

Collecter's stuff : can lower it with 1 seller. (I think)

Think of a copy signed by Robin Walker , everybody would kill for 1 out of 1 signed max heads signed by Robin

Yes you can. Especially when it's gone for awhile without a sale, or offer when the b/o is lower than the listed price. This is a collector quality item, not an unusual. Completely different.

For anyone taking issue with this, I suggest you look at the collector's Black Watch suggestion, very recent precedent here.

I wasn't saying it was proof. Although a mini can be made for the outdated hat. You had said you could find any sales. I was providing a "sale". do with it as you wish
