Sold for 14 buds + Two lowcraft AWPer

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21522426 - Sold for 16 buds

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21913598 - Offer of 15 buds and 17 buds

Both AWPers got sold for SF Rocket Launcher (+ maybe sweets?) ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21269276 )

Value of that sale is close enough to 16 buds, another sale of 16 buds, offer of 17 buds.

as I said on your previous suggestion: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5421893cb88d883e0a8b45be : "I only see 12 buds on the pictures, the low-craft numbers cant be counted as vaild proof I think, since it has no price. so 12 buds + unknown price item, not sure that's good enough to suggest this, since nobody said that the AWP is 4 buds" also, I am not sure you can base the hige-end by a offer of someone. I mean, if my friend offer 20 buds for it, I am sure it wont be 20 buds? or is it ???

High end can be based off offers if the sale itself is lower than the offers received. I personally saw the backpack of the user who offered 17 buds, and can confirm that the offer was legit. 16 buds was a quicksale, can still be included due to it being the original sale. Look at the other offers that the seller received, his top unusual offers are easily above 16-17 buds.

Those two Awpers got sold for a SF Rocket Launcher afterwards.

And Knubble got 2 more buds afterwards, as you can see in his chat log.

Can't take a high end off of an offer, nor does the 14 bud + 2 AWP's count as any sort of sale.

Offers CAN be used to determine the high end if the consistent offers are higher than the original sale itself. Also, he didn't even used the AWP sale, so I don't see why it should be an issue.

You can't take a price range from offers, in that case, me and 5 friends can go off people with vintage bud, we could just offer 10 keys, does that make the vintage bud turn into 10 keys?

This is why you should probably read the rules before commenting.

              Offers

Offers alone are not enough to make a suggestion. There are times when the buyer-seller gap is large and there haven't been recent sales on a hat. In these situations, the price should be left as is until a sale is completed. This does not mean that offers are not valid proof. They are very useful for defining a range and identifying outliers (see section below). Sales need to be provided to support your suggested range.

Fake, retracted, “collecting” offers are not valid proof.

Offers are only valid if there is documented proof of the offer – either in comments or via screenshots of chat logs.

Before you point out that the rules are for unusual suggestions, please note that high tier rare items like this, follows unusual pricings.

The rule clearly states that offers can be used as proof if they are documented (comments, screenshots etc.). Backpack histories dont lie, so anyone can check whether the user who offered had the items that he offered at that time.

Those two Awpers got sold for a SF Rocket Launcher afterwards.

I bought the hat as a quicksale for 16 buds. He listed the price as 16, clearly stating it was a quicksell, and I collected in 2 days for it and bought it. Since JayG didn't take 17 buds, does that invalidate the pricing?

16 buds is the highest sale in the past months. It has been sold for less (~11 buds) before, but that's too low, by looking at your purchase and JayG's purchase.

And then what about the high end? JayG received offers higher than 17, including a scorching kabuto and a bud and a poisoned shadows executioner when it was priced at 20-22.

                  Eh.

Assuming the kabuto is clean, after overpay + 1 bud, the kabuto offer is only 16.75 buds.

As for the executioner at the time of offer, the price of the executioner is already more than 3 months old. Should JayG had accepted that offer, a mini suggestion is required which will price that offer at 16 buds.

OP provided two sales at approx 16 buds, with the two AWPs sold for SF rocket launcher. You claimed that 16 buds is a quicksale, but it isn't at all. Highest unusual offers were all at 16-17 buds after overpay, and the highest pure offer after more than 1 month of listing is only 17 buds.

I guess those are valid points. We'll see what happens.
