TL;DR

Why not 7-9?
What is more, current seller:

He's quickselling it, an no he's not been quickselling it for 5 days, he just recently changed his B/O to a quicksell.
Also he got an offer of Miami Casemaker + Terror-Watt Hong Kong Cone (9.6 buds) [Offer Value: 8.6 buds] which he rejected btw.
Anyway you make average price ~9 when you've got 5 sales below that point and only 3 which are equal/above it.
So I still can't get why not 7-9
'5 sales above 8, 3 below 8. Taking 8.5-9.5 as range' I don't think a young seller quickselling for 7 can regarded as proof when there are 6 (basically 5) sales above it
This is probably quite generous.
