I only edited it to add the Crone offer after browsing through current sellers on Outpost... Also I wouldn't call the offer an outlier yet as it was a rejected offer mind you. I would find try find what http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22550089 sold for before jumping into conclusions.

I tried making a mini for it, but the sales involved unpriced hats, and the two others I could find where very different prices so I didn't know which one to take.

Yeah, the gifted chieftain is pretty much unpriceable. Unfortunately, that means that this is as well since 3 months is an absolute cutoff. Sale was more than 3 months old when you originally suggested this, and it is now more than 4 months old. Will need to wait on another sale.
