Scroll down after the trade to see 1 bud disappear, The hat appear (The only unusual that appeared that day) and 3 keys appear. Buds were 19 back then, so it sold for 16 keys.

Overall I think the Price should be 16-17 keys because of the range of the two solds.

The seller who is selling for 20 keys has got no offers around his B/O yet.
