Geg is never the broker, he's the owner. Check again, on what geg bought it for.

Also, Geg had a b/o of 12 buds: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22499494 . You cannot value a sale above it's b/o. You'd have to find out what geg bought it for, and if that is an outlier, you should resuggest at 12 buds.
