In the 1 month old thread that you linked, there is no price and if you actually check the inventory of the person you will see that it is not in his backpack. Also, the 1st 1 week "unsold" has also been sold as it is now in the backpack of another player.

There isnt enough proof of sales that call for this items price to be dropped this much and the "unsold" proof is very limited.
