9.5 * 0.9 = ~8.6 buds + 5 = 13.6 buds. Therefore, rounding off to 13.5 buds. He didn't show that he applied overpay.

Yes, agree. One sale worked for the SBTWC bubble pipe, but that didn't have tentative offers. There is also some BS " I'll give you 15 buds in over a month" which IMO is meaningless but it can't be completely ignored(only mostly lol)
