Of course. The unsolds at 2 key suggests that the people agree with selling it on 2 keys. They could've easily listed them for a whole lot more, thus this price is good starting point.

I bought one @ 2 keys to, IMPOSSIBLE to get one under 2 keys and everything over 2 keys never sells...

Adding my proof to the suggestion, barely managed to get one under 2 keys but it is possible. Although you could consider my trade an outlier, currently this probably isn't going to be above 2 Keys.
