Conclusion:

Its a pretty hard decision if you were going to do a range, since 3 ref hardly sells and anything <2 ref seems to be a quicksell. I choose to stick to a solid 2 ref just in-case. There are more trades on tf2outpost, but the rest are either "taking offers" with very little evidence for what they sold for, increased price for special levels, or selling a Key or more, which were practically unsold 99% of the time.
