It was 2 weeks+ ago so eh.
For clarification, i did pay 3 ref, but literally only because it was level 99. I collect level 100 uncraftables, but the only level 100 chief constable is owned by a guy who will never sell it. So level 99 is as close as i can get. :P I also have a level 99 uncraft deadliest duckling.
This fact actually changes everything.
