I'm aware that this was used for the low-end of the Nunhood, but the next lowest sale was only 2 keys higher, I think its fair to be able to use it.

I think it's fair to use this sale as well. I got pure offers above the current value during the time that I owned it (no screenshots unfortunately), and the Nunhood suggestion isn't really bound by the Fruit Shoot sale anyway since it should be valued at 2.2, and there is a second sale at that price. Both suggestions are reasonably indicative of market value.
