Have seen some 5ref sales and even then, some of the 4.33ref sales sold fast so I wouldn't be surprised if it rose higher than 4.33ref in the near future. 4.33ref feels more of a conservative bump but meh, all dem 4.33ref sales. Although seeing the last suggestion 4 days with people thinking that 4.33 is an outlier, hmmm......Little unsure about this.
