this is not a very well put together suggestion. 2 max's add to 6.6. the previous suggestion was posted 2 months and 25 days ago, so all sales from that are invalid. you have no reason to have 6 in the range, nor 7. with 1 sale, you have no need for a range anyway.

resuggest at 6.6 if you really want, but this is, in your own words, your "estimate" and it is not well supported by proof.

Thanks for commenting. I understand that some people are very strict when it comes to suggestions and I'm cool with that. I just don't like unusuals without a range that much, and whenever I seem them I perceive a bit of leeway above and below that value. I figured 0.5 buds was reasonable for a hat of this value I'm only doing it to reflect my uncertainty for what it might be worth now and possibly the near future.

yeah but that's assumed. that's inbuilt into the way a smart trader looks at prices, i.e. as a guide and not a 100% accurate to the decimal place value. if you start allowing "ooh it might be worth more or less than this" into price ranges then that's pure subjectivity as to how much more or less it could be worth, and none of the valid sales you've described and linked to are less than 6.5, for example. if you were going to have a range, 6.5-7 would still be a rough estimate but one that reflects the sales better. but you shouldn't have a range for 1 sale. this isn't just me trying to get you to do things my way; this suggestion will not pass with 6-7 with the current proof.
