The sticky was gifted. Also, where are you getting these recent scm sales? I could be completely missing something here ( http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Strange%20Specialized%20Killstreak%20Festive%20Stickybomb%20Launcher ), but it seems like the five most recent sales have been in the $30-40 range, which could buy about 13 keys off the scm after fees (using mid value of $35, and $2.30 for keys)
30-40 bucks sales are obvious quicksells, and you don't use 2.30 for keys.
I don't see how its an "obvious quicksell" when 5 were sold last week for that price. In the past month there have been 9 market sales in that range, and only 3 above that range (and again, nowhere near the price you seem to think it should be selling for - $47.38, $44.00, and $44.05). Also, why wouldn't you price keys at $2.30? I know keys are $1.85ish in real money, but if you have steam funds $2.30 is about the cheapest you're gonna get a key for, and is about that they're going for right now. you use the most used price for keys, which is $2.47, about the sticky, the fact that it's gifted and it's specialized killstreak doesn't affect significantly its value.
How can you be sure the recent SCM sales were for Bubbling Runner's Warm-Up's?

I.e. How do you know the scm sales were specifically for bubbling ones and not for other effects.
You don't understand it, scm sales are for money, not for items, the sales are an example to show what it sells for and to make an average price for it.
You cannot assume that gifting doesn't affect value. Current range is close enough
