BUT HOW THE HELL DOES IT GET TO 15 KEYS?!

Technically more CAN be created by farming the transmogifiers during halloween event on the Helltower map, those items do still drop from the gifts you pick up. Also the rise was I think in due to a guy getting one of every colour or something like that and limiting the market which caused a hype.

A good number on SCM for less than 10 keys as well, definately in need of a drop.
