the reason because of this price is, its getting so rare (to find one whitout paint/nametag on it) ive been around 15 trade servers and 5 normal servers asking around for a Hero's Hachimaki for the last week. There were no results. Than i stareded looking on outpost, 3 bot trade's that dont even have the hat anymore, than you get all these paint trades, craft numbers and level trades i dont give a shot about! Bazaar.tf has trades of those from over a year ago. please this need's to get the right price !
