Suggesting a price for this hat :)

I sold my Vivid Plasma A Rather Festive Tree for this hat, shown here:

you dont take the low end of a hat to set its price, if the vivid tree is 2.5-3 you should take 2.8, but if you apply overpay is 2.5 anyways.

edit: o. fire cone is outdated so unfortunately you need a mini on it, and also apply overpay once you make it

in my opinion i would say overpay is still required because the hat would still be 2 months old and prices may have changed, a mini would back your proof up
