Sold for 45 USD. 1.80 per key = 25 keys = ~1.5 buds
My only accepted unusual prices are repwhoring...
This is identical to an existing suggestion.
Someone please close this...
I resuggested it because he has it in keys instead of in buds (the proper price blanket).
The "proper price blanket" is whatever the item sold for. It sold in USD, which is usually translated to keys. Copying someone else's suggestion to another price before it's even closed/accepted is not cool.

Just read MaGenta's comment
Not cool indeed, however it's almost certain that the other suggestion will be asked to convert their value to buds. We deal in estimates here, otherwise everything would be in exact key values.
But in all seriousness, repwhoring, whilst not against the rules, is universally considered a dick move.
You said it sold for 45 USD or $, and a key is 2.5$. So 45$ divided by 2.5 is 18. Original price. You used Euro for the keys....
I
1.80 = Paypal price for keys
What a dick move. Close and let him repost
Caring about being a dick < Getting internet points
Children, let's not descend into name-calling, otherwise rules WILL start getting broken.
This suggestion is morally dubious. We all appreciate that, including the suggester. There is nothing else to be said here.
Thanks MaGenta, you are credit to team!

Don't think I'm backing you up.
I just don't want a flame war on our hands.
I know
You should wait for a moderator to have a say first, and wait for the other suggester to re-suggest if necessary.
down vote.
buds on the steam market are around 40 dollars.
by your logic then buds should now be priced at 22.2 keys each
steam cash is not equivalent to real life cash
If it sold for paypal, you use the paypal value. (~$32 each)
The steam market value is irrelevant if it didn't sell on the steam market.
Eggs are 85 million dollars each in Zimbabwe but that doesn't mean they should cost that anywhere else, does it.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22320464 - will need evidence to show why this sale isn't an outlier if you are excluding it from your range.
