It's because all of the new effects are terribly overpriced on outpost. They are bombing faster than we can make logical suggestions about them. Miami Jeepcap will be 1.2 before we know it.

Second seller sold. I'd probably re-suggest and take 1.4 out of the range as there's a B/O below that.
